Online transactions are not part of the regular Fees. Following transaction charges are applicable:
Payment Gateway Charges: In order to facilitate online payments, we use state of the art and highly secure technology partners for handling payments. The payment gateway charges anywhere from 1%-3% as the fees towards their cost.
Convenience Fees: As a parent, you would be required to pay a convenience fee of Rs. 10/-per transaction in addition to the Payment Gateway Charges.
The online fee paid will be deposited into your school’s account with-in 1-2 working days.
Neither school nor CoolEdSys will be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the Credit/Debit Card Supplier/Bank for any reason.
This platform is built using a scalable and available infrastructure, but we don’t give Guarantee about the system availability. System unavailability can’t be accepted as a reason for delay in depositing fees.
We advise that you submit the fee through the Online Payment System at least 2-3 days before the last day.
Make sure to obtain the Payment Acknowledgement Slip and preserve it in safe custody. This slip will be a clear proof of your payment irrespective of the payment mode chosen by you.
